Our Mission
ProTrainings is a UK company offering online CPR, First Aid, Infection Control, Manual Handling, and Instructor Training for the UK and Europe. The training curriculum offered by ProTrainings was created as a joint effort between the ITG Instructor Training Ltd in the UK and ProTrainings, LLC in the USA. Over the past seven years, these two companies have certified more than 250,000 individuals.
Our mission begins and ends with saving lives. This is done by creating training programs that increase the amount of information remembered, are easily available, and give providers the confidence to act decisively and knowledgeably when an emergency occurs. Our courses offer this while limiting the time professionals spend away from family or work.
ProTrainings solutions also help to solve large-scale workplace problems by replacing old methods of training with new, cost effective methods of training.
Our Story
All training and certification courses offered by ProTrainings meet or exceed the standards mandated by the UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the European Resuscitation Council (ERC), the UK Resuscitation Council, and the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). We use the latest technology in our comprehensive websites to ensure full understanding by using video based training and giving students access to this after the course.

The Management Team at ProTrainings
Keith has been involved in First Aid for many years, starting 27 years ago as a Rescue Marshall at motor racing events including Formula 1, he spent most of his weekends at Brands Hatch, Silverstone and race tracks throughout the UK and Europe.
Keith has been teaching first aid to individuals and businesses for many years in all aspects from Adult to Paediatric Care. He is the founder of ITG Instructor Training Ltd which specialises in helping hundreds of Businesses and Individuals each year to provide their own First Aid in house or develop their own successful first aid businesses and holds numerous accreditations for Instructor Training.
Roy developed his passion for saving lives while serving in the U.S. military as a combat medic. Roy pursued this dream, graduating from University as a paramedic in 1992. After University, he worked in emergency medical services until 2006. During this time, Roy worked as an Instructor Trainer and Certified Training Centre Manager and eventually went on to start his own training centre.
Roy has since co-founded ProCPR which later developed into a multi-training entity, ProTrainings.com. He has also authored multiple curricula. Roy is the primary trainer in the ProTrainings.com videos and provides ongoing quality control for all participants. In addition, Roy oversees the development of ProTrainings.com curricula and ensures that it meets compliance and regulatory standards for workplaces.
