Heart attack position Training Summary:
When you are dealing with someone who is having a heart attack or you think they are suffering from one, you need to place the patient in a position that places the least stress on the heart. For this, it's best to sit the person down with the legs raised and leant against a wall. It is important not to lay the person down and raise the legs like with shock, as this will force more blood into the centre of the body and make the suffering heart work harder.
